About Matt Dillon’s weight:

American actor and director Mathew Raymond Dillon, much known as Matt Dillon, is the elder brother of actor Kevin Dillon of hit HBO dramedy Entourage. He is also the ex-partner of popular actress Cameroon Diaz. He is best known for his roles in the movies My Bodyguard, Drugstore Cowboy, There’s Something in Mary, Wild Things, and Crash.

In his more than three decade long career, Matt bagged a fairly huge number of awards in various categories including Independent Spirit Awards for Best Male Lead and Best Supporting Male, MTV Movie Award for Best Villain, Teen Choice Award Funniest Scene, and San Sebastian International Film Festival Donostia Lifetime Achievement Award. He bagged an even huger number of nominations, of which, Academy Award nomination for Best Actor in a Supporting Role is the most worth mentioning.

Since his early career, Matt is well known for his tough guy roles. But he proved his versatility acting in comedy and various other types of roles later in his career. Matt was the writer and director of the movie City of Ghosts where he also acted alongside James can and Gerard Depardieu. He also appeared in a number of TV series and music video, noteworthy of which are the TV series The Simpsons – Midnight Towboy episode and the music video of Madonna’s famous song Bad Girl.

This fifty years old hunk has been maintaining his body for the last ten years running a long four miles each day. He used to smoke but quit just before starting exercising. However, for his somewhat workaholic nature, he struggles sticking to a diet plan and lacks getting enough sleep. But that’s still impressive for an individual of his age, isn’t it? He doesn’t seem to appear that old as he really is!
