Chris Brown is a famous singer, rapper, songwriter, and dancer in America. He also has done some acting in his career. This singer is self-taught and released his first debut in 2005 which hit number two in the charts!

Chris’ life has been busy in his career. It is no wonder that he really does not have time to think much about eating. In late 2007, Chris Brown hosted the St. Jude Children’s Research Math-A-Thon encouraging the community to help those with cancer. The program encouraged kids and families to use their math skills to help others in need through crisis.

Chris Brown was touched with making a difference in these children’s lives.  Cancer affects every day living including how to feed the body appropriately. Eating the right foods is very important and Chris knows this first hand.

Foods must be selected very carefully for these patients. Their immune system is weakened through cancer treatments. Patients must maintain their weight which means consuming enough calories through each day. Protein is needed to help the body to rebuild itself. Vitamin and mineral intake is extremely important.

There is no doubt the experience Chris gained in working with the cancer kids was life changing. Although Chris has had a rough road at times in his career and made some wrong choices, this life changing experience will not be taken away from him. He has learned the importance of treating the whole body during this time of crisis!
